Closures for CFMX

Description:
Inspired by closures in a number of languages, this library provides an easy syntax for creating anonymous functions and code blocks, optionally with bound variables and/or arguments.
Just added: a Collection class modeled after Smalltalk (which means it's a lot like Ruby collections too).
Requirements:
ColdFusion MX 6.1 (or later) for Closures; ColdFusion 8 for Collection.
